Frequently asked questions
Is PakCalc free?
Yes. Every calculator on PakCalc is free to use with no registration.
How accurate are the calculators?
Each calculator uses standard formulas that are explained on its page, and calculation logic is covered by automated tests. Where results depend on changing figures — exchange rates, tax slabs, tariffs, crop prices — you can enter the latest value yourself.
Why can a Marla be different sizes?
Revenue records use 272.25 sq ft per Marla, while many housing societies use 225 sq ft. PakCalc shows which standard is used and lets you switch.
Do you store the numbers I enter?
No. Calculations run in your browser. We only collect anonymous usage statistics (such as which calculator was opened) if analytics are enabled.
Can I use the results for official purposes?
Results are estimates for information. For tax, legal, medical, financial or property decisions, verify with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
